Paralives Mod: Always Show All Available Wants

I created this mod for Paralives which enables the setting to Always Show All Available Wants. With this, cooldowns won't be taken into account and all appropriate wants will be able to be selected from so you'll have about 20-30 to choose from when picking a reaction to an emotion rather than like 1-3 specifically selected ones.

I made this as a workaround for the unwanted side effect of my first mod, "Wants Don't Clear": it stops new wants from being offered. It seems like when the game is working out whether to allow wants to be picked, the clearing must have happened. This is not currently a clear or moddable feature and there's no other way around stopping wants from clearing when Paras sleep as far as I can tell. I'm hoping this will change in an update. But, this mod will ignore those restrictions and cooldowns so if you use this mod along with my other mod, you'll still be able to pick new wants.

However, this isn't only for users of "Wants Don't Clear", anyone who would simply like more choice when selecting new wants, to have more control or for storytelling, whatever the case may be, this mod is for you too, with or without my other mod.
